Interface Configuration: Equipped with 2 sets of large terminal blocks, 2 COREBUS connectors (JAI/JAJ), 5 vertical pin connectors, 1 9-pin RS-232 serial port (for TIMN diagnostics), as well as IONET and ARCNET communication links.
Signal Processing: Onboard Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV), isolation, and filtering circuits provide 2500Vrms electrical isolation to suppress electromagnetic interference, ensuring the accuracy and anti-interference capability of 4-20mA signals, shaft voltage, and shaft current signals.
Electrical & Environmental: Powered by +5VDC 6A; operating temperature -30°C to +65°C; PCB with standard industrial coating, anti-vibration and corrosion-resistant for harsh power plant environments.
Diagnosis & Maintenance: 9-pin RS-232 interface supports on-site diagnostics; modular design for easy installation, replacement, and maintenance.
