5. Installation and Wiring Guide

  1. Fix the gateway on the DIN rail inside control cabinet steadily

  2. Connect 12~24VDC stable power supply according to wiring definition

  3. Connect Ethernet cable to RJ45 port to access upper EtherNet/IP PLC system

  4. Connect Genius bus shielded cable to terminal block and connect each on-site Genius I/O module

  5. Log in built-in web page through computer to set gateway IP address and bus parameters

  6. Scan on-site Genius I/O stations and complete I/O data point mapping

  7. Download configuration, connect PLC program and complete system joint debugging
