3. Installation

3.1 Insertion (Hot‑Swap Allowed)

1. Verify the target area is three consecutive empty slots in T8100/T8300.

2. Remove any existing blank panels from the three slots.

3. Align T8193 with chassis slot guides; push firmly until fully seated.

4. Secure the front latch to lock the shield in place.

5. Confirm proper grounding and flush alignment with adjacent modules.

3.2 Removal

1. Unlatch the front lock.

2. Pull the T8193 straight out from the chassis.

3. Replace with a new shield or reinstall modules as needed.

3.3 Cabling Clearance

• Ensure rear cabling (if any) does not obstruct insertion/removal.
