4. Operation Steps

  1. Place the instrument on horizontal ground, connect power supply and reliable grounding.

  2. Add pure water to water bath up to standard liquid level.

  3. Pre-cool the sample to 0~4℃ in advance, load into vapor pressure bomb and tighten.

  4. Put the assembled test bombs into the instrument fixing seat.

  5. Turn on the power, enter the main interface, wait for water bath constant temperature to 37.8℃ automatically.

  6. Set sample number and test parameters, press Start key.

  7. The instrument automatically oscillates and keeps pressure stable, automatically locks the final vapor pressure value after finishing.

  8. Record data, print report, release pressure, take out test bombs and clean after test.

5. Safety Precautions

  1. Do not operate beyond specified temperature and pressure range.

  2. Do not disassemble internal parts privately, otherwise it will cause failure and safety risk.

  3. Must cut off power supply before cleaning, maintenance and moving equipment.

  4. Keep laboratory well ventilated, away from flammable and explosive articles.

  5. Check sealing ring and pressure vessel regularly to avoid air leakage.

6. Daily Maintenance

  1. Keep water bath water clean, replace water regularly to avoid scale.

  2. Clean pressure bomb and sealing parts after each test to prevent residual oil contamination.

  3. Regularly calibrate temperature and pressure to ensure test accuracy.

  4. Keep instrument surface dry and dust-free.

  5. If abnormal noise, temperature or pressure drift occurs, stop using immediately and check fault.
