3. Installation Instructions

Cut off the system power supply before installation. Choose a dry, ventilated mounting location away from water splash, corrosive gas, dust and strong electromagnetic interference. Secure T3401 firmly in place to prevent looseness and vibration during operation. Keep adequate clearance around the unit for natural ventilation and heat dissipation.

4. Wiring Instructions

Perform wiring strictly according to terminal functional labels. Use standard copper wires with proper wire gauge and fasten terminals tightly to avoid poor contact. Separate power cables and signal cables during routing to reduce electromagnetic interference. Never reverse power polarity to prevent permanent damage to internal circuits. Complete full wiring inspection before powering on the device.

5. Operation Instructions

After installation and wiring confirmation, apply power to the system. T3401 will finish automatic power-on self-test and enter normal working state automatically. During operation, do not knock, move or disassemble the module arbitrarily. Maintain a clean and dry surrounding environment to ensure stable performance and extend service life.

6. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Check mounting firmness and terminal tightness periodically. Clean surface dust only with a dry soft cloth; do not use liquid or corrosive cleaners. In case of startup failure or abnormal operation, firstly check power supply voltage and wiring connections. If external faults are eliminated and the problem remains, stop use and replace the module. Unauthorized disassembly and internal repair are not allowed.

7. Safety Precautions

Installation, wiring and commissioning must be carried out by qualified professional electrical personnel. All operations shall comply with local electrical safety codes and industrial operation regulations. Do not operate beyond the specified rated voltage, temperature and application range. Take anti-static protection when touching internal circuit areas. This product is intended for industrial automation supporting use only and shall not be applied to life safety related systems.
