T3151 is an industrial standard control module designed for factory automation, mechanical equipment control and process industry supporting systems. It adopts industrial-grade circuit design and compact integrated structure, featuring stable operation, strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability and wide temperature adaptability. The unit supports long-term continuous operation under harsh industrial environments and matches mainstream automation system installation and application standards.

2. Technical Specifications

Rated supply voltage: 24V DC
Operating temperature range: -20°C to +60°C
Storage temperature range: -40°C to +85°C
Relative humidity: 5% to 95%, non-condensing
Insulation performance: High isolation protection between power and signal terminals
Environmental adaptability: Compliant with industrial vibration and shock resistance criteria
Mounting form: Standard industrial fixed installation
Enclosure material: Flame-retardant, anti-aging engineering plastic

3. Installation Instructions

Disconnect the entire system power supply before installation. Select a dry, ventilated mounting location away from direct sunlight, water splashing, corrosive gas and strong electromagnetic interference sources. Secure T3151 firmly in place to avoid looseness or vibration during running. Maintain proper clearance around the device for natural ventilation and heat dissipation.

4. Wiring Instructions

Perform wiring strictly in accordance with terminal functional markings. Use standard copper wires of suitable gauge and fasten terminal screws tightly to prevent poor contact. Keep power wiring and signal wiring separated to reduce electromagnetic crosstalk. Do not reverse power polarity to avoid permanent damage to internal circuits. Inspect all connections carefully before powering on the system.

5. Operation Instructions

After confirming correct installation and wiring, apply system power. T3151 will automatically complete power-on self-test and enter normal working status once self-test succeeds. During operation, do not knock, move or disassemble the unit arbitrarily. Keep the surrounding environment clean and dry to prevent dust accumulation from affecting heat dissipation and operating stability.

6. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Regularly check mounting firmness and terminal connection tightness. Clean surface dust only with a dry soft cloth; do not use liquid or corrosive cleaning agents. In case of startup failure or abnormal operation, firstly check power supply voltage and wiring correctness. If external faults are excluded and abnormality persists, stop use and replace the module. Unauthorized disassembly and internal repair are prohibited.

7. Safety Precautions

Installation, wiring and commissioning must be completed by qualified professional electrical personnel. All operations shall comply with local electrical safety codes and industrial operation specifications. Do not use the product beyond rated voltage, temperature and application range. Take anti-static protection measures when contacting internal circuit areas. This product is intended only for industrial automation supporting equipment, and is not suitable for life safety related protection systems.
