Model 9852 and 9802 are industrial standard general-purpose control components, widely applied in factory automation, mechanical drive control, process monitoring and industrial system matching. Featuring compact structure, industrial-grade stability and strong anti-interference capability, they support long-term continuous operation in complex industrial environments. The two models adopt unified installation and interface design, with differentiated parameter configuration for different load and scene requirements.
2. Technical Specifications
Rated supply voltage: 24V DCWorking temperature: -20°C ~ +60°CStorage temperature: -40°C ~ +85°CRelative humidity: 5%–95%, non-condensingIsolation strength: Industrial standard insulation designVibration and shock resistance: Meet industrial environmental adaptability requirementsMounting type: Standard DIN rail installationHousing material: Flame retardant and high-strength engineering plastic
3. Installation Instructions
Cut off the total power supply before installation. Choose a dry, ventilated position away from direct sunlight, water splash and corrosive gas. Align the unit with 35mm standard DIN rail, press firmly until locked in place. Keep reserved ventilation space around the device, do not enclose in a fully sealed narrow space without heat dissipation.
4. Wiring Guidelines
Wire strictly according to terminal marking definition. Use matched copper conductors and fasten terminals tightly to avoid poor contact. Keep high-power wiring and weak signal wiring separated to reduce electromagnetic interference. Prohibit reverse power connection to avoid internal circuit damage. Complete wiring inspection before powering on the system.
5. Operating Instructions
After installation and wiring confirmation, power on the device. The unit will complete self-detection automatically and enter normal working state. During operation, do not knock, move or disassemble the device arbitrarily. Keep the working environment clean and dry, avoid dust accumulation affecting heat dissipation and performance stability.
6. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Perform regular inspection on mounting firmness and terminal tightness. Clean surface dust with dry soft cloth only, do not use liquid or corrosive detergent. If abnormal operation or startup failure occurs, firstly check power supply voltage and wiring correctness. If external factors are excluded and the fault remains, stop use and replace the unit; internal disassembly and unauthorized maintenance are not allowed.
7. Safety Precautions
Installation and commissioning must be operated by professional electrical personnel. Follow local electrical safety codes and operating specifications. Do not operate beyond rated voltage, temperature and load range. Avoid static electricity contact with internal circuit area. This series is dedicated to industrial automation equipment, not suitable for life safety related protection systems.
