7. Installation Steps

  1. Cut off all power supply of the control system before operation

  2. Align the direction and insert the CPU board into the standard card slot firmly

  3. Check whether the backplane bus contact is tight and reliable

  4. Connect debugging serial line and external signal lines in order

  5. After confirming all wiring is correct, power on and test the running state

8. Usage Notes

  1. This is an old classic industrial CPU module, no new original production, only spare parts maintenance use

  2. It is strictly forbidden to use beyond the specified voltage and temperature range

  3. Do not disassemble internal components at will to avoid program loss and hardware damage
