7. Installation & Wiring Specifications
Cut off the total power supply before all wiring and maintenance operations
Power main circuit cables and control signal cables must be laid separately to avoid electromagnetic interference
The equipment PE grounding terminal must be reliably connected to the factory general grounding wire
Reserve sufficient ventilation and heat dissipation space around the inverter, keep upper and lower gaps
It is forbidden to install in dusty, humid, oil mist and strong corrosive gas sites
It is recommended to use shielded special motor cables for connecting motors to reduce frequency conversion interference
8. Standard Commissioning Steps
Carefully check all wiring to eliminate wrong wiring and hidden short circuit risks
Confirm that the on-site input power voltage is consistent with the inverter rated voltage
Set basic motor parameters: rated voltage, rated current, rated frequency and rated speed
Select the corresponding operation control mode according to actual production requirements
Complete acceleration and deceleration time, upper and lower limit frequency setting
First perform no-load trial operation to check motor running direction and running sound
After confirming stable no-load operation, gradually load and put into formal production operation
9. Daily Maintenance & Inspection Guidelines
Regularly clean cooling fan and internal accumulated dust every 3-6 months
Periodically check whether all power terminals and control terminals are loose
Real-time monitor operating current and internal operating temperature during operation
Replace aging and abnormal noise cooling fans in time
Professional certified electricians must be arranged for equipment fault inspection and maintenance
