5. Function Introduction

Receive control commands from main processor module, drive field 24VDC loads including solenoid valves, safety relays and audible visual alarms. Realize automatic self-diagnosis and fault information upload. Support SOE sequence of events recording to accurately record output action time.

PWR Green light: Module power supply normal
RUN Green light: Module operates normally and communication is normal
FAULT Red light: Module fault or channel abnormality alarm
CH Yellow light: Corresponding channel output activated

7. Installation and Configuration

Insert 3451 into Tricon system I/O slot
Connect 24VDC field loads to matched terminal base
Complete logic programming and fault parameter setting via TriStation 1131
Check all indicators keep normal state after power on
