ICM6211 belongs to the Tricon ICM series communication main module, not an I/O module; it is responsible for protocol conversion, data forwarding, and redundant communication between the Tricon controller and external networks/equipment. It features a TMR triple voting architecture, with a single module failure not affecting system operation. The SIS is the core board for external communication.
