II. Usage Instructions (Installation / Wiring / Maintenance)
1) Installation Configuration
32-point DI module (3501E/3503E/3505E): 1:1 configuration (1 DI = 1 piece of 9566-810)
Installation location: DIN rail in the cabinet, close to the field wiring side; connected to the I/O module through flat cables
Installation operation: Rail insertion type, snap fastening; supports hot swapping, online replacement without downtime
2) Wiring Specifications (Mixed circuit, compatible with common ground / isolation)
Dry contacts (common ground): Channel + → one end of the switch, common terminal → the other end of the switch
Wet contacts (24VDC, isolated): +24VDC → channel +, 0V → channel -, series connection of the circuit
Wire diameter: 1.0–1.5 mm² multi-strand copper wire, crimped cold press terminal
Fuse: Built-in 1A slow-blow, overcurrent protection; FUSE light on indicates replacement of the corresponding fuse
3) Operating Status
Normal: PWR constantly lit, CH lights turn on and off according to the input status, FUSE/COM all off
Redundancy synchronization: Automatically synchronized with TMR module, no disturbance switching
4) Fault Handling
FUSE lit: Investigate short circuit / overload of the corresponding channel, replace 1A fuse
CH not lit: Check the on-site switch, wiring, 24VDC power supply PWR not lit: Check the power supply circuit and the flat cable connection.
COM lit: Error in the common terminal wiring or asynchronous redundancy, check the common terminal circuit.
