II. Usage Instructions (Installation / Configuration / Maintenance)

1) Rack Installation (19" Standard Rack)

Location: Installed on the upper part of the rack for easy heat dissipation and wiring

Fixation: 4 Rack Screws for Fixation (Anti-Vibration)

Grounding: Reliable Connection of Rack Shell and Rack Ground (Key to Anti-Interference and Lightning Protection)

Stacking: Host Rack (8110) at the bottom, Expansion Rack (8111) on top or side

2) Module Installation Sequence (From Left to Right)

Slot 1–3: Main Processor 3008 (Must 3 Pieces, TMR)

Slot 4–5: Power Supply 8300 (2 Pieces, Dual Redundancy)

Slot 6–12: I/O/Communication Module (4000/3700/43xx Series)

Base: Insert 7400206-100 (CM2201) Under the Module Backplane Base

5) Daily Maintenance

Regular Inspection: Rack fixing screws, module locks, grounding connection, cooling fans

Cleaning: After power off, use a dry brush to clean dust to avoid air duct blockage 

Spares: Regularly available 3008 processor, 8300 power supply, common I/O modules. In case of failure, they can be quickly hot-swapped and replaced.
