6200039
Description

2. Main Features
Model: 6200039
Detection principle: Inductive type
Applicable target: All metal objects
Rated supply voltage: 10–30 V DC
Output type: 3-wire DC
Max load current: ≤ 200 mA
Protection class: IP67 dustproof and waterproof
Working temperature: -25 °C ~ +70 °C
Built-in reverse polarity, overvoltage and short circuit protection
Shock resistant, vibration resistant, long service life
3. Safety Precautions
Cut off power before installation and wiring.
Do not use power supply beyond 10–30 V DC.
Strictly prohibit reverse power wiring to avoid sensor burnout.
Keep away from high-power motors, transformers and strong magnetic interference sources.
Do not disassemble or modify the sensor structure.
Avoid mechanical impact, oil corrosion and long-term water immersion.
4. Installation Instructions
Fix the sensor with lock nut or mounting bracket.
Keep the correct sensing distance from the metal target.
Install perpendicular to the detected surface for best detection effect.
Do not place extra metal parts around the sensing head.
Arrange the cable reasonably, avoid sharp bending and strong pulling.
5. Wiring Definition
Brown : DC +10~30 V Power
Blue : DC 0 V Ground
Black : Signal output
Shield: Ground only at controller end
6. Operating Instructions
Wire strictly according to the definition.
Power on, the sensor enters standby mode.
When metal enters effective detection range, indicator light turns on and output acts.
When metal leaves the detection area, output resets and indicator turns off.
It can be directly connected to PLC, relay and automation controller input terminals.
7. Troubleshooting
No indicator light: Check power supply and wiring connection.
Always output signal: Metal target too close or nearby metal interference.
Signal flickering: Loose wiring, equipment vibration or unstable power supply.
Light on but no output: Signal wire broken or load damaged.
8. Maintenance
Clean dust and metal debris on the sensing surface regularly.
Periodically check mounting tightness and cable wear.
Avoid long-term high temperature and corrosive gas environment.
Replace the sensor timely if shell damage or cable aging occurs.
