Model 6200036 is a high-performance industrial inductive proximity sensor. It is applied to non-contact metal detection, position limit detection, mechanical automation, conveyor equipment and machine tool signal feedback. With high stability, shock resistance and IP67 protection, it adapts to harsh industrial environments.

2. Main Features

  • Model: 6200036

  • Type: Inductive proximity sensor

  • Detectable object: All metal materials

  • Supply voltage: 10–30 V DC

  • Output mode: 3-wire DC

  • Max load current: ≤ 200 mA

  • Protection class: IP67 dustproof and waterproof

  • Operating temperature: -25 °C ~ +70 °C

  • Built-in reverse polarity, overvoltage and short circuit protection

  • Strong anti-interference, suitable for workshop industrial site

3. Safety Precautions

  • Disconnect power before installation and wiring.

  • Do not exceed the rated voltage 10–30 V DC.

  • Prohibit reverse power connection to avoid permanent damage.

  • Keep away from high-power motors, transformers and strong magnetic interference.

  • Do not disassemble or modify the sensor privately.

  • Avoid mechanical impact, oil corrosion and long-term water immersion.

4. Installation Method

  1. Fix the sensor with lock nut or mounting bracket.

  2. Keep the specified safe sensing distance from metal target.

  3. Install perpendicular to the detected surface for best detection effect.

  4. Do not place redundant metal parts near the sensing head.

  5. Arrange cable routing properly, avoid sharp bending and pulling.

5. Wiring Definition

  • Brown  : DC +10~30 V Power

  • Blue   : DC 0 V GND

  • Black  : Signal output line

  • Shield : Ground connection only at controller side

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Complete wiring strictly according to the definition.

  2. Power on, the sensor enters standby state.

  3. When metal object approaches within effective range, indicator lights up and output acts.

  4. When metal leaves detection area, output resets and indicator turns off.

  5. Compatible with PLC, relay and other automation control input terminals.

7. Troubleshooting

  • No indicator light: Check power supply and wiring connection.

  • Constant output signal: Metal too close or surrounding metal interference.

  • Unstable flashing signal: Loose wiring, vibration or power fluctuation.

  • Indicator on but no output: Signal line breakage or load damage.

8. Maintenance

  • Clean dust and metal debris on sensing surface regularly with dry cloth.

  • Regularly check mounting tightness and cable abrasion.

  • Keep away from high temperature and corrosive gas environment.

  • Replace sensor in time if shell cracked or cable aging.
