6200025
Description

2. Main Features
Model: 6200025
Type: Inductive proximity sensor
Detectable object: Ferrous and non-ferrous metal
Supply voltage: 10–30 V DC
Output form: 3-wire DC
Max load current: ≤ 200 mA
Protection degree: IP67 dustproof and waterproof
Operating temperature: -25 °C to +70 °C
Built-in reverse polarity and short circuit protection
Shock resistance and vibration resistance for industrial environment
3. Safety Precautions
Disconnect power before installation and wiring.
Do not apply voltage over 30 V DC to avoid damage.
Strictly prohibit reverse power connection.
Keep away from high-power motors, transformers and strong magnetic interference sources.
Do not disassemble or modify the sensor housing internally.
Avoid mechanical impact, oil corrosion and long-term water immersion.
4. Installation
Fix the sensor with standard bracket or lock nut.
Keep the specified sensing distance from the metal target.
Install perpendicular to the detected surface for best performance.
Do not place extra metal parts near the sensing head.
Arrange cable routing properly, avoid sharp bending and pulling.
5. Wiring Definition
Brown: DC +10~30 V power positive
Blue: DC 0 V ground
Black: Signal output line
Shield: Ground only at the controller end
6. Operating Instructions
Wire strictly according to the definition.
Power on, the sensor enters standby state.
When metal object enters the effective sensing range, the indicator light turns on and signal output acts.
When the metal target leaves, the signal resets and the indicator turns off.
Directly compatible with PLC, relay and industrial controller input terminals.
7. Troubleshooting
No indicator light: Check power supply and wiring breakage.
Always output signal: Too close to metal target or surrounding metal interference.
Signal flickering: Loose wiring, unstable power supply or vibration.
Indicator on but no output: Signal line broken or load faulty.
8. Maintenance
Clean dust and metal debris on the sensing surface regularly with dry cloth.
Regularly check mounting tightness and cable wear.
Avoid continuous high temperature and corrosive gas environment.
Replace the sensor immediately if shell damage or cable aging occurs.
