6200024
Description

2. Main Features
Model: 6200024
Detection object: All metal materials
Working principle: Inductive magnetic induction type
Supply voltage: 10–30 V DC
Output type: DC 3-wire
Max load current: ≤200 mA
Switching frequency: High speed response
Protection level: IP67 dustproof and waterproof
Cable: 3-core shielded cable
Working temperature: -25 °C ~ +70 °C
Anti-vibration, anti-interference for industrial site
3. Safety Precautions
Cut off power supply before installation and wiring.
Do not exceed rated voltage, avoid reverse power connection.
Keep away from high-power motor, transformer and strong magnetic field.
Do not disassemble or modify the sensor privately.
Prevent water splash, oil corrosion and mechanical impact.
Professional wiring is recommended to avoid signal interference.
4. Installation Method
Fix the sensor with standard mounting bracket or nut.
Keep proper detection distance from metal target.
Install vertically to the detected surface for best effect.
Do not attach metal objects around the sensing head.
Reserve enough space for cable bending, avoid sharp fold.
5. Wiring Definition
Brown wire : DC +10~30V Power positive
Blue wire : DC 0V Ground
Black wire : Signal output
Shield layer : Ground at controller side only
6. Operation Instruction
Connect power and signal line correctly.
Power on, sensor enters standby state.
When metal object approaches sensing face within effective distance, internal output acts and indicator light turns on.
When metal leaves, output resets and indicator turns off.
Can be directly connected to PLC input terminal, relay or intermediate controller.
7. Common Fault & Troubleshooting
No power indicator: Check power voltage and wiring breakage.
Always output signal: Metal too close or surrounding metal interference.
Signal unstable: Loose wiring, vibration or power supply fluctuation.
No output when indicator on: Signal wire disconnection or load damage.
8. Maintenance
Wipe sensor surface regularly with dry cloth to remove dust and scrap iron.
Check cable abrasion and fixing tightness periodically.
Avoid long-term high temperature and corrosive gas environment.
