Product Features
This assembly adopts industrial high-temperature and flame-retardant plastic housing with anti-vibration and aging-resistant performance. The contact terminals are made of oxidation-resistant alloy material to maintain stable conductivity for long-term operation. It is precisely designed for matching installation structure of Alpha series PSM power supply and servo amplifier, with foolproof insertion and locking function to prevent wrong connection and loose contact caused by equipment vibration. It can isolate strong electricity and weak signal circuits effectively, reduce electromagnetic interference, and protect internal control circuits of the drive system.
Application Scope
It is fully compatible with FANUC A06B-6077 series power supply modules and Alpha, Alpha i series servo and spindle amplifier units. Suitable for FANUC 0i, 16i, 18i, 21i and other mainstream CNC system supporting drive systems. Widely applied in CNC machining centers, lathes, milling machines, grinders and various automated production equipment. Installation Instructions
All installation and replacement work must be performed under complete power-off condition, and wait at least ten minutes for internal capacitor discharge to avoid electric shock and component burnout. Align the assembly with the reserved slot of the power supply or servo module, insert it smoothly and lock the fixing screws with proper torque. Connect the matched signal and power cables in accordance with official wiring definition, ensure firm crimping and reliable shielding grounding. After installation, check all connections are tight and correctly positioned before restoring system power supply. Observe the power indicator and alarm status to confirm normal operation.
Working Environment
The operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius. The storage temperature is from minus 20 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius. The relative working humidity shall not exceed 85 percent, and condensation is not allowed. Avoid use in environments with corrosive gas, heavy oil mist, conductive dust and continuous strong mechanical vibration. Keep installed in dry and ventilated electric cabinet, away from direct sunlight and high temperature heat sources.
Maintenance Instructions
Carry out regular inspection with power cut off periodically. Check whether the assembly has crack, deformation, loose terminals and oxidation traces on contacts. Clean surface dust and oil dirt with dry soft cloth, keep the connection part clean and dry. Avoid frequent plugging and unplugging to prevent pin bending and locking structure damage. Do not disassemble or modify the internal structure without authorization. Replace with original genuine part timely once aging or abnormal contact is found.
Safety Precautions
Only qualified professional electrical technicians are allowed to perform installation, wiring and replacement operations. It is forbidden to plug and unplug the assembly with power on, so as to prevent arc discharge and permanent damage to the drive system.
