FANUC Connector Kit A06B-6050-K119
General Description
A06B-6050-K119 is an original FANUC dedicated signal connector kit, specially designed for matching A06B-6050 series servo amplifier and velocity control unit. This connector adopts industrial D-Sub structure with full shielding design, used for connecting encoder feedback signal, analog speed command, servo enable and alarm signal lines between CNC system and servo drive unit. It features stable signal transmission, strong anti-vibration performance and excellent electromagnetic interference resistance, widely applied in legacy FANUC CNC machine tools and automation equipment for signal wiring replacement and maintenance assembly.
Description

Product Characteristics
This connector kit is made of high-strength engineering plastic housing and tin-plated alloy conductive contacts, with wear resistance and oxidation resistance. The integrated metal shielding shell can effectively isolate external electromagnetic interference and ensure the integrity and stability of weak current signal transmission. The built-in locking structure can prevent loose connection and signal interruption caused by equipment long-term vibration. The overall structure is compact, easy for cabinet internal wiring and installation, suitable for narrow electrical cabinet layout space. It is supplied as a complete assembly kit including housing, contacts and fixing accessories, convenient for direct wiring and on-site assembly.
Application Scope
Compatible with FANUC A06B-6050 series servo drive and velocity control unit. Applicable to old generation FANUC CNC system such as Series 6, Series 10 and Series 11. Mainly used for CNC lathes, milling machines, machining centers and other machine tool servo axis signal connection. Suitable for industrial automation equipment and old machine tool renovation projects as replacement spare parts for control and encoder signal connectors.
Installation Instructions
Complete all installation and wiring work under full power-off condition to avoid electric shock and damage to electronic components. Strip the insulation layer of the shielded signal cable according to standard wire gauge, and keep the inner core wire intact without breaking. Crimp or weld the wire core to the connector pins in accordance with FANUC official pin definition, ensure firm contact and no virtual connection. Insert the processed pins into the connector housing in order until they are locked in place. Align the connector with the interface of servo amplifier, insert it smoothly and lock the fixing buckle firmly. Reserve proper margin for the cable to avoid pulling and bending stress on the connector terminal.
Wiring Requirements
Use FANUC certified shielded signal cables for wiring construction. The signal cable should be routed separately from high-power power cable, keep enough spacing to reduce cross interference. The shielding layer of the cable should be grounded correctly according to the specification to enhance anti-interference ability. Strictly follow the official FANUC pin assignment definition, do not change the wiring order at will. All wiring contacts should be kept clean and dry to prevent short circuit and signal drift caused by oil stain and moisture.
Working Environment
Allowable operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Storage temperature is from minus 20 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius. Working relative humidity shall not exceed 80 percent, and condensation is not allowed inside and outside the connector. Avoid long-term working environment with corrosive gas, oil mist, conductive dust and strong mechanical vibration. Do not install in direct sunlight or near high temperature heat source.
Maintenance Instructions
Regularly cut off the power supply to check the connector insertion state and locking structure. Clean surface dust and oil dirt with dry soft cloth, keep the connector contact surface clean and dry. Regularly inspect cable aging, sheath cracking and contact oxidation phenomenon, replace in time if abnormal found. Avoid repeated plugging and unplugging frequently to prevent pin deformation and locking structure failure. Do not disassemble the connector internal structure without authorization, so as not to damage the wiring terminal and shielding performance.
Safety Precautions
Only professionally qualified electrical maintenance personnel are allowed to perform installation, wiring and disassembly work. Do not plug or unplug the connector with power on, so as to avoid signal sudden change burning servo unit and CNC system. Ensure reliable system grounding to reduce electromagnetic interference and prevent electric shock accident. Do not modify the connector structure or extend the signal cable at will without official specification. Keep the connector away from flammable materials and high temperature humid environment to ensure long-term safe and stable operation.
