Product Features
Compact structure with high torque output, suitable for heavy load feed axis application. Low inertia rotor design realizes fast acceleration and deceleration response, adapting to high-speed machining requirement. Optimized magnetic circuit design ensures smooth operation, low running noise and small vibration amplitude. IP65 sealed structure can resist dust, cooling liquid and oil mist erosion, adapting to harsh workshop environment. Multiple specifications of shaft type and brake can be selected to meet different mechanical installation and anti-fall positioning demands. High precision encoder ensures high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning stability. Good compatibility with FANUC 0i, 30i series CNC systems and matching servo amplifiers. Adopt high precision sealed bearing, long service life and stable continuous operation performance.
Application Scope
Mainly used for CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, vertical lathes and other heavy-duty machine tool feed axes. Suitable for automation gantry equipment, linear motion platform and automated production line positioning drive axis. Applied to industrial robot mechanical arm joint and external auxiliary transmission axis. Matched for special purpose machine tools, packaging machinery, handling equipment and other industrial automation equipment. Ideal for mechanical occasions requiring high torque, medium speed and high precision positioning control.
Installation Instructions
Install the motor on rigid and flat fixed base to avoid resonance and running vibration. Keep mounting surface clean and flat without impurities and deformation. Align motor shaft and driven load equipment to maintain good coaxiality, use flexible coupling to compensate minor installation deviation. Tighten mounting flange bolts evenly with standard torque to prevent shell deformation. Reserve enough space around the motor for natural heat dissipation and daily maintenance operation. For brake version motor, confirm brake release and holding state are normal after installation.
Wiring Requirements
All wiring work must be carried out under complete power cut-off condition. Use original FANUC matched power cable, encoder cable, brake cable and grounding wire. Connect three-phase power line and protective grounding terminal firmly and reliably. Separate encoder signal cable and brake control cable from main power cable during wiring to avoid electromagnetic interference. Ensure all wiring terminals are fastened tightly with good insulation performance. Follow FANUC official standard wiring specification for servo motor and brake circuit connection.
Working Environment
Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Storage ambient temperature ranges from minus 20 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius. Working relative humidity is 5% to 95%, condensation environment is not allowed. Working altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters above sea level. The surrounding atmosphere should be free of corrosive gas, explosive dust and serious oil mist pollution. Avoid long-term strong mechanical vibration and impact working environment.
Operation Guidelines
Run the motor strictly within rated voltage, torque and speed range, do not overload for a long time. Perform no-load trial operation after installation to check abnormal noise, vibration and temperature rise. Monitor motor shell temperature during operation to ensure normal heat dissipation. Avoid too frequent start and stop cycles to prevent motor overheating and mechanical wear. Set servo amplifier parameters reasonably according to actual motor model and load condition. For brake equipped motor, only use brake for static holding, not for dynamic emergency stop.
Maintenance Instructions
Cut off power supply regularly to clean dust, oil stain and cooling liquid on motor surface. Periodically check mounting bolts, coupling fastening state and encoder connector firmness. Listen to running sound to judge bearing working condition, check whether vibration is abnormal. Regularly use CNC system diagnosis function to detect encoder signal quality and positioning stability. Do not disassemble motor and encoder privately, otherwise it will damage precision and void warranty. Timely inspect brake holding performance, replace wearing parts if holding torque declines.
Safety Precautions
Only professional and qualified maintenance personnel are allowed to install, wire and maintain the motor. Cut off all power supply before maintenance and wiring work, and confirm power discharge completion. It is forbidden to touch rotating shaft and live electrical parts during motor running. Must make reliable grounding to prevent electric shock accident and reduce electromagnetic interference. Do not arbitrarily modify motor internal structure and circuit configuration. Keep motor and cables away from flammable materials and high temperature heat source environment.
