AC Servo Motor Official Specification Manual

2. Part Number Definition
A06B stands for FANUC standard servo motor series. 0153 represents motor frame size and performance grade for Alpha 30 model. B175 indicates straight shaft with keyway, with built-in brake and standard encoder assembly. The suffix #7076 means fully sealed version, IP67 protection and special factory configuration for harsh working conditions.
3. Main Technical Parameters
It is a three-phase AC servo motor with rated output power 4.8kW, rated speed 3000rpm and stall torque 30Nm. The rated working voltage is 168VAC with standard rated operating current. It is equipped with FANUC A64 type absolute encoder for high precision position feedback. The motor is fitted with integrated 24VDC electromagnetic holding brake, which is only used for static load holding instead of dynamic braking. The insulation grade is Class F with maximum allowable temperature 155 degrees Celsius. Overall weight of the motor is approximately 47.65 kilograms.
4. Mechanical Structure and Protection
The motor adopts flange mounting structure conforming to industrial standard installation dimension. Output shaft is straight type with keyway for convenient connection with coupling and mechanical load. Whole machine is designed with fully sealed structure and reaches IP67 ingress protection, completely preventing internal dust accumulation and resisting splashing water in workshop environment. Internal bearings are factory pre-lubricated and designed for long service life under normal operating conditions.
5. Environmental Working Conditions
Allowable operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Storage temperature range is from minus 20 degree Celsius to 60 degree Celsius. Working and storage relative humidity is 40 percent to 80 percent without condensation. It can work continuously at altitude below 1000 meters above sea level. If used above 1000 meters, proper power and speed derating is required for safe operation.
6. Safety Instructions
Only professional and qualified electrical technicians are allowed to perform installation, wiring, commissioning and maintenance work. Cut off all power supply completely before any disassembly and wiring operation to avoid electric shock injury. The motor is heavy, use professional lifting tools during handling and installation to prevent collision, falling and personal injury. Do not operate the motor beyond rated speed, voltage and torque range, otherwise winding burnout and mechanical damage will occur. Do not use the built-in brake for frequent dynamic stop, only for static holding after stopping.
7. Installation and Wiring Requirements
Check the motor appearance, shaft rotation flexibility and complete accessories after unpacking. Mount the motor on flat and rigid installation surface, align the shaft center accurately when installing coupling to avoid large radial and angular deviation which causes vibration and bearing damage. All power lines, encoder lines and brake lines must be wired in accordance with official definitions. Separate encoder signal cables from high voltage power cables to reduce electromagnetic interference. Reliable grounding must be completed to ensure equipment and personal safety.
8. Operation and Commissioning
After installation and wiring inspection, set servo drive parameters matching this motor model strictly. Carry out low speed trial operation first to check running sound, vibration and temperature rise condition. Confirm no abnormality then gradually raise speed to rated 3000rpm for formal operation. During normal running, monitor current, temperature and vibration status regularly. When stopping, cut off running command first and wait for complete standstill then cut off power supply, the built-in brake will automatically lock the load position.
9. Daily Maintenance
Regularly check cable tightness and appearance aging condition, keep motor surface and connector clean and dry. Inspect brake holding performance monthly to ensure reliable load locking. Check running noise and temperature rise every period to judge bearing working state. Do not disassemble the motor and encoder privately, all internal maintenance and repair must be handled by official authorized service personnel. Store the motor in dry and non-condensing environment if it is not used for a long time.
