4. Installation Instructions
Cut off all power of machine tool and servo system before installation and maintenance.
Inspect motor appearance, flange, shaft and mounting surface for damage, deformation or rust.
Fix the motor on mechanical mounting plane with standard bolts, tighten evenly to ensure flatness and concentricity.
Install coupling or transmission parts, strictly guarantee coaxiality to avoid vibration and abnormal wear.
Connect power cable, encoder cable and brake cable (if with brake) strictly per official wiring standard.
Arrange cables properly, avoid sharp bending, heavy compression and crossing with high-voltage lines.
Recheck all fasteners and wiring connections for firmness and correctness.
Power on, complete servo initialization, origin calibration and no-load test run.
5. Operation Precautions
Do not exceed rated voltage, speed and load range to prevent motor overheating, demagnetization and burnout.
Avoid frequent rapid forward/reverse jogging for long time to reduce overcurrent impact and thermal overload.
Do not use in environment with heavy dust, oil mist, corrosive gas or direct water splash.
