4. Installation Instructions
Cut off all power of robot or servo system before installation and maintenance.
Inspect motor appearance, flange, shaft and mounting surface for damage, deformation, rust and foreign matter.
Align the motor flange with the mechanical mounting surface, fasten with standard bolts and tighten evenly to ensure flatness and concentricity.
Assemble the transmission parts strictly ensuring coaxiality between motor shaft and load shaft to avoid eccentric vibration and abnormal wear.
Connect power cable, encoder cable and brake cable strictly according to official wiring definition.
Arrange cables properly, avoid sharp bending, excessive stretching, heavy compression and crossing with high-voltage lines.
Recheck all mechanical fasteners and wiring to ensure firm installation and correct connection.
Power on the system, perform servo initialization, robot axis calibration and no-load test operation.
5. Operation Precautions
Do not operate beyond rated voltage, speed and load to avoid motor overheating, demagnetization or burnout.
Avoid long-time frequent forward and reverse jogging to reduce overcurrent impact and thermal overload.
Do not use in environments with heavy dust, oil mist, corrosive gas or direct water splash.
Ensure reliable equipment grounding to prevent electric leakage and electromagnetic interference affecting positioning accuracy.
Do not disassemble motor housing, encoder, brake assembly and internal structure without professional authorization.
Stop operation and cut off power immediately if abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, shaft slipping or servo alarm occurs.
Do not apply heavy impact or pressure on motor shaft to prevent shaft deformation and internal encoder damage.
6. Maintenance and Storage
Regularly clean dust and oil stains on motor surface, keep heat dissipation area clean and unobstructed.
Periodically check mounting bolts, connectors and cable terminals for looseness, tighten timely if needed.
Regularly test brake holding performance to confirm no slipping after power off.
Store in dry, ventilated, dust-free indoor environment without corrosive gas.
Storage temperature: 5℃ ~ 35℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, keep non-condensing.
Avoid collision, extrusion, dropping and long-term axial pressure during handling and storage.
Shelf life: 12 months under original sealed package and standard storage conditions.
