Cut off all power of machine tool and servo system before installation.
Inspect motor appearance, flange, shaft and keyway for damage, deformation or rust.
Fix the motor on mechanical mounting surface with standard bolts, tighten evenly to ensure mounting flatness.
Install coupling with strict coaxiality control to reduce vibration and abnormal wear.
Connect power cable, encoder cable and brake cable strictly according to wiring diagram.
Arrange cables properly, avoid sharp bending, heavy extrusion and crossing with high-voltage lines.
Recheck all mechanical fastenings and wiring connections.
Power on the system, perform servo initialization, origin calibration and no-load test run.
