4. Installation Instructions

  1. Cut off the total power supply of machine tool and servo system before installation and maintenance.

  2. Inspect motor appearance, flange surface, shaft and keyway for no damage, deformation or rust.

  3. Fix the motor on mechanical mounting surface with standard bolts, tighten evenly to ensure mounting flatness.

  4. Install the coupling correctly, strictly control coaxiality between motor shaft and load shaft to reduce vibration and abnormal wear.

  5. Connect motor power cable, encoder cable and brake control cable strictly according to wiring specifications.

  6. Arrange cables reasonably, avoid sharp bending, heavy extrusion and crossing with high-voltage lines.

5. Operation Precautions
