4. Installation Instructions
Cut off all power of machine tool and servo system before installation.
Inspect motor appearance, flange, shaft and keyway for damage, deformation or rust.
Fix the motor on mechanical mounting surface with standard bolts, tighten evenly to ensure mounting flatness.
Install the coupling with strict coaxiality control to reduce vibration and abnormal wear.
Connect power cable and encoder cable strictly according to official wiring specifications.
Arrange cables properly, avoid sharp bending, heavy extrusion and crossing with high-voltage lines.
Recheck all mechanical fastenings and wiring connections.
Power on the system, complete servo initialization, origin calibration and no-load test run.
