4. Installation Instructions

  1. Cut off the total power supply of machine tool and servo system before installation.

  2. Inspect motor appearance, flange surface, motor shaft and keyway for no damage, deformation or rust.

  3. Fix the motor on the mechanical mounting surface with standard bolts, tighten evenly to ensure mounting flatness.

  4. Install the coupling correctly, strictly control coaxiality between motor shaft and load shaft to reduce vibration and abnormal wear.

  5. Connect motor power cable and encoder cable strictly according to wiring specifications.

  6. Arrange cables reasonably, avoid sharp bending, heavy extrusion and crossing with high-voltage lines.
