7. Installation Guidelines
Install motor on rigid flat base, avoid resonance and mechanical deformation
Strict coaxial alignment between motor shaft and load shaft, reduce vibration and bearing wear
Separate shielded power cable, brake cable and encoder signal cable to avoid electromagnetic interference
Keep enough heat dissipation space, do not cover motor shell
Handle gently, avoid impact and drop to protect internal encoder and precision brake parts
Ensure key fitting tightly, prevent shaft slipping and torque loss during operation
Do not damage shaft seal and housing sealing edge, maintain IP65 protection performance
8. Maintenance Instructions
Regularly check motor noise, vibration and abnormal temperature rise
Clean surface dust, cutting fluid and oil dirt in time
Sealed bearings lifelong lubrication, no regular oil filling needed
Periodically inspect brake cable, encoder wire aging and connector looseness
Prohibit long overload operation beyond rated torque and frequent ultra-high frequency start-stop
Regular test brake holding effect, ensure reliable power-off locking performance
Check sealing integrity regularly to prevent dust and liquid intrusion
9. Safety Precautions
Cut off all AC power and brake DC power before wiring, maintenance and disassembly; wait ≥15min for servo capacitor discharge to avoid electric shock
Do not touch rotating shaft and brake moving parts during operation
With power-off holding brake, specially suitable for vertical axis; effectively prevent load falling accident
Unauthorized disassembly of motor, brake and encoder will damage precision parts and invalidate warranty
Do not use in conductive dust, heavy condensation and strong corrosive environment
Brake cannot bear long-term overload static load, match mechanical auxiliary locking for heavy vertical loads
10. Troubleshooting
Motor cannot start: Check three-phase power supply, brake power supply, wiring tightness, servo enable signal and amplifier alarm code
Abnormal noise & vibration: Poor shaft coaxiality, loose key connection, bearing aging or mechanical load jamming
Motor overheating: Long overload, high ambient temperature, poor heat dissipation space
Position deviation out of tolerance: Encoder cable damage, loose connector, parameter mismatch, mechanical backlash
Brake failure to hold: Brake voltage abnormal, brake gap deviation, aging brake friction plate
Speed instability: Power voltage fluctuation, signal interference, sudden load change
