Packaging machinery, printing machinery, rubber and plastic machinery transmission system
Industrial robot heavy load joint drive unit
Horizontal axis and non-suspended load servo control system
7. Installation Guidelines
Install the motor on a rigid, flat and non-deformable base to avoid resonance and mechanical stress.
Keep precise alignment between motor shaft and load shaft to prevent vibration, noise and early bearing damage.
Use dedicated shielded servo power cable and encoder cable; separate power wiring and signal wiring to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Reserve enough surrounding space for natural heat dissipation; do not block motor housing heat dissipation area.
Avoid heavy impact, dropping and extrusion on motor body and encoder rear cover during handling and installation.
8. Maintenance Instructions
Regularly check running status including abnormal noise, vibration and temperature rise.
Keep motor surface clean, remove dust, metal chips and oil stains periodically.
Built-in sealed bearings adopt lifetime lubrication, no regular refueling required under normal working conditions.
Inspect encoder cable integrity, connector fastening and aging status at regular intervals.
Avoid long-term overload operation and frequent start-stop beyond allowable load range.
9. Safety Precautions
Cut off all power supply before installation, wiring and maintenance. Wait at least 15 minutes for internal capacitor discharge to prevent electric shock.
Do not touch rotating shaft and moving parts during motor operation.
This model has no holding brake; do not apply to vertical axis or suspended load with falling risk without additional mechanical locking device.
Do not disassemble motor and encoder privately; unauthorized disassembly will void warranty and damage precision assembly.
Do not use in environment with conductive dust, heavy condensation and chemical corrosion without special protection.
10. Troubleshooting
Motor cannot start: Check three-phase power supply, wiring tightness, servo amplifier alarm code and servo enable signal.
Abnormal noise and vibration: Check mounting rigidity, coupling alignment, bearing aging and mechanical load jamming.
Motor overheating: Inspect long-term overload, ambient temperature over limit and poor ventilation.
Positioning deviation: Check encoder cable damage, loose connector, servo parameter mismatch and mechanical transmission backlash.
Unstable speed: Check power supply voltage fluctuation, sudden load change and encoder signal interference.
