7. Installation Guidelines
Mount the motor on a rigid, flat and vibration-free base to avoid mechanical stress.
Ensure precise alignment between motor shaft and load shaft to prevent vibration and early bearing damage.
Use shielded dedicated servo cables for power and encoder wiring to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Reserve sufficient ventilation space around the motor, do not block heat dissipation area.
Avoid heavy impact or extrusion on the encoder rear cover and brake assembly.
8. Maintenance Instructions
Periodically inspect motor for abnormal noise, overheating and vibration.
Keep motor surface clean without oil dust and metal debris accumulation.
Bearings are sealed for life, no regular lubrication required.
Regularly check encoder and brake cables for damage, looseness or aging.
Test brake holding performance regularly for vertical axis application safety.
9. Safety Precautions
Disconnect all power supply before installation, wiring and maintenance; wait at least 15 minutes for internal capacitor discharge to prevent electric shock.
Do not touch rotating shaft and moving parts during motor operation.
Do not apply in explosive, flammable or strong corrosive environments without special protection.
Unauthorized disassembly and modification will void the product warranty.
10. Troubleshooting
Motor fails to run: Check power supply, wiring, servo amplifier alarm, enable signal and brake release signal.
Abnormal noise and vibration: Check mounting rigidity, shaft coupling alignment and bearing condition.
Motor overheating: Inspect overload status, ambient temperature and poor ventilation.
Positioning inaccuracy: Check encoder cable connection, connector looseness and servo parameter settings.
Brake cannot hold/release: Verify 24VDC brake power supply, wiring and brake coil integrity.
