7. Installation Instruction

  1. Install the motor on rigid flat mounting surface to avoid deformation and vibration.

  2. Keep precise shaft coupling alignment to reduce vibration and bearing wear.

  3. Use shielded dedicated servo cable for power and encoder wiring.

  4. Keep ventilation space around the motor, do not block heat dissipation area.

  5. Avoid strong impact and extrusion on encoder rear cover.

8. Maintenance Instruction

  1. Regularly check abnormal noise, temperature rise and vibration during operation.
