KEBA DO272/A (DO272A) is a 14-channel digital output module of the Austrian KEBA Kemro K2-200 system. It is used to convert controller instructions into 24V DC switching signals, driving solenoid valves, relays, contactors, indicator lights and other actuators. It is widely used in injection molding machines, die-casting machines, machine tools and automated production lines.

VI. Installation and wiring tips Installation
Push it into the K2-200 back panel slot and lock it with the snap mechanism; it supports hot swapping. Connecting the wires
Output terminals O1 to O14 → Positive terminal of the load
Negative terminal of the load → 24V DC 0V (common terminal)
For inductive loads (electromagnetic valves / relays), it is recommended to parallel a 1N4007 diode.
Wire diameter: 0.5 to 1.5 mm² multi-strand copper wire, separate power and signal wiring.
VIII. Fault Quick Check
Fast flashing of LEDs: Corresponding channel short circuit / overload. Power off and check the circuit and the load.
No output: Check K-bus connection, backplane power supply, terminal wiring, and the condition of the load.
Incorrect operation: Check grounding, interference source, and whether a diode is connected to the inductive load.
