4. Installation Instructions

Clean oil ports and internal oil passages to remove impurities before installation.

Connect hydraulic pipelines firmly and check sealing performance after assembly.

5. Operation Instructions

After installation, conduct no-load test to confirm smooth oil feeding and no backflow phenomenon.
Keep hydraulic oil clean and replace filter elements regularly to avoid particle blockage.
Do not use beyond the maximum allowable pressure range.
Release system pressure completely before equipment maintenance and disassembly.

6. Daily Maintenance

Regularly check joint positions for oil seepage, replace aging sealing parts in time.
Check whether the one-way closing function is sensitive and reliable periodically.
Keep valve surface clean to prevent dust and oil dirt accumulation.
Do not disassemble privately to avoid damaging internal matching parts.

7. Safety Precautions
