4. Installation Instructions

Disconnect power supply in advance during wiring, connect control wires in accordance with regulations and fix wiring harness firmly. Recheck all assembly positions to ensure firm connection after installation.

5. Operation Instructions

Carry out no-load trial run after installation completion. Slowly inject hydraulic oil and check all joints for leakage. Start formal operation after confirming no abnormal situation. The valve completes rapid oil circuit commutation when energized, and returns to original state reliably after power off. Keep hydraulic oil clean during daily use, replace filter elements regularly. Overpressure and overvoltage operation are strictly prohibited. Fully release system pressure before equipment maintenance and shutdown.

6. Daily Maintenance

Regularly inspect valve body and connecting parts for oil leakage, replace worn sealing parts timely. Periodically check coil operating condition and circuit connection firmness. Keep valve surface clean to ensure normal heat dissipation. Unauthorized disassembly is forbidden to avoid damage to internal precision components.

7. Safety Precautions
