Application and Operation Introduction
E69F-BI2-S converts standard 4–20 mA DC electrical control signals into proportional 3–15 psi pneumatic output signals. It is widely used to control pneumatic valves, actuators and dampers in industrial process systems.
The unit adopts magnetic balance and nozzle baffle working principle, with stable performance and high control precision. It requires clean and dry instrument air as power source to ensure reliable conversion and long-term stable operation.
Install vertically on wall or pipe with reserved space for wiring, air piping and routine calibration. Electrical connection adopts standard signal wiring, and pneumatic connection connects air supply and actuator pipeline respectively.
Zero and span can be calibrated on site. Apply 4 mA input to adjust zero point for 3 psi output, apply 20 mA input to adjust span for 15 psi output, repeat adjustment until linearity meets requirement.
It features compact structure, strong anti-interference capability and wide environmental adaptability, suitable for chemical, power, oil gas and water treatment industrial occasions.
