## II. Key Notes for Installation and Wiring

Install the unit vertically on the I/A 100 series backplane of a standard 19-inch cabinet, with a heat dissipation clearance of no less than 50mm reserved at the top and bottom.

Use shielded twisted pairs for on-site wiring with a wire gauge of 18~22AWG. The shield layer shall be single-end grounded, and the total wiring length shall not exceed 300m.

Lay weak current signal wires separately from power cables and keep them away from high-interference equipment such as inverters and contactors.

Strictly distinguish the positive and negative outputs to prevent reverse power connection; freewheeling diodes must be installed when driving solenoid valves and relays to suppress reverse electromotive force.

Fasten wiring terminals firmly to avoid loose connections and prevent misoperation caused by poor contact.

Implement anti-static protection during operation, wear an anti-static wristband, and do not touch the gold fingers of the circuit board with bare hands.

## III. Key Notes for Operation and Maintenance

Before power-on, check the backplane supply voltage and confirm no short circuit or wrong wiring on the circuit before switching on the power.

Panel indicator definition: Steady green PWR light indicates normal power supply; flashing green RUN light indicates normal operation and communication; steady/flashing red FAULT light indicates channel fault, short circuit or abnormal communication.

It supports redundant paired operation with a bumpless switching time of less than 50ms during faults, suitable for critical interlock loops.

Frequent hot plugging and unplugging of modules is prohibited; hot swapping is only allowed for faulty replacement.

Regularly clean dust inside the cabinet and inspect terminal tightness and integrity of shield grounding.

The module is discontinued with no maintenance spare parts available. Replace the entire unit directly with a spare part in case of failure; unauthorized disassembly and maintenance are prohibited.
