3. Installation & Wiring

3.1 Installation

Mount vertically in a control cabinet, leave ≥50mm clearance for heat dissipation; install in clean, dry environment.

3.2 Simplified Wiring

  1. Connect motor U/V/W and encoder cable to CN2 (correct wiring required).

  2. Connect control signals (pulse, direction) to CN1 (custom I/O logic).

  3. Connect 3-phase power to R/S/T and ground (ground resistance ≤10Ω).

Note: Use ≥2.5mm² power cables; shielded twisted-pair for signal cables.

4. Basic Operation

6. Safety & Maintenance

  • Do not touch terminals within 5min after power off (high voltage hazard).

  • Daily: Check fan operation and panel alarms.

  • Weekly: Clean fan filter; monthly: Tighten terminal screws.

  • Replacement: Only use the same model (CACR-SR15SB1AF-Y79).

  • Do not flash with standard firmware (custom -Y79 version).
