III. Interfaces and Terminals (CN1/CN2 / Main Circuit)
Main Circuit Terminals (R/S/T/U/V/W)
• R/S/T: Three-phase 200V input
• U/V/W: Servo motor output
• ⊕/⊖: DC bus (can be connected to a braking resistor)
Control Interface CN1 (50-pin)
• Command Input: ±10V speed command, pulse sequence (position)
• Output Signals: Servo ready, alarm, position completed, speed reached

• Pulses: 1000/1500 ppr (parameter configurable)
IV. Panel Operation and Parameters (Common to the Series)
Panel Display
• 1-digit digital tube: Status / Alarm code (e.g., 1 = Overcurrent, 2 = Overvoltage, 3 = Undervoltage, 4 = Overheat)
• Keys: MODE (mode), SET (confirm), ↑/↓ (increase/decrease)
Common Parameters (Cn-xx)
• Cn-01: Motor type selection (0 = standard, 1 = custom)
• Cn-02: Encoder pulse count (1000/1500)
• Cn-03: Speed loop gain (default 50, range 10–200)
• Cn-04: Position loop gain (default 30, range 10–100)
• Cn-05: Overload protection level (default 150%, 100%–300%)
• Cn-06: Braking resistor value (default none, external connection required)
Basic Operation Steps
1. Wiring: Connect R/S/T to 200V, U/V/W to the motor, CN2 to the encoder, and CN1 to the control signal.
2. Power on: The digital tube displays "0" (normal).
3. Parameter setting:
- Press MODE to enter parameter mode → Select Cn-02 → Press SET → Use ↑/↓ to set to 1000/1500 → Press SET to save.
- Press MODE to return to operation mode.
4. Operation: Provide speed / position commands externally, and the motor will run; check the digital tube code for alarms.
V. Alternatives and Compatibility
• Common hardware in the series: CACR-SR02AB1AM/1BF/1BM (only firmware differs).
• Custom version Y1: Cannot be directly replaced by the standard version, as it will result in alarms / parameter mismatches. Firmware reflash or parameter modification is required.
VI. Physical Appearance and Dimensions
• Appearance: Black metal casing, panel with digital tube + keys, complete model marked on the side nameplate.
• Dimensions (width × height × depth): Approximately 40×150×120 mm
• Installation: Fixed with base screws (AB specification).
