8. Troubleshooting
PWR OFF: Check 24 VDC backplane; reseat module.
RUN OFF: Missing/invalid config; re‑download project.
ERR ON: Wrong termination, cable short, duplicate address, or A/B mismatch.
COM A/B no blink: No drops on that channel; check cabling/termination.
Redundancy Switch: Normal if one channel fails and the other takes over automatically.
