Installation & Operation Guide

Mount the module into standard I/A Series rack baseplate and lock the latch firmly.

Connect field loads and external power to termination assembly.

Separate discrete signal cables from high-power cables to avoid interference.

Configure fail-safe state, output delay and channel parameters via I/A Series software.

Check module and channel LED status during running; monitor alarm and diagnosis information in HMI.

Support hot-swap replacement without system shutdown during maintenance.

Application

Industrial on/off control for chemical, power, oil & gas and water treatment plants; suitable for 125 VDC legacy system discrete output expansion.

Difference Note

FBM42 is standard 16DO module; FBM42A/FBM42C are upgraded high-power version with higher single-channel current rating.
