4. Safety Precautions

  1. Installation, wiring and maintenance must be completed by qualified professional technicians.

5.3 Wiring Instructions

  1. Strip about 6mm insulation layer at wire ends.

  2. Loosen terminal screws, insert wires into corresponding terminals.

  3. Tighten screws moderately to ensure good contact, avoid over-tightening.

  4. Analog signal wires adopt shielded twisted-pair cable with single-end grounding.

  5. Power and digital signal use stranded copper wire with suitable wire gauge.

  6. Use cable ties to fix wiring and prevent pulling force on terminals.

6.1 Connection Method

Connect module RS485 port to PC via USB-to-RS485 adapter, use supporting configuration software to scan and connect the module.

7. Working Principle and Operation Description

7.1 Power-on Self-test

After 24VDC power is supplied, the module completes internal self-diagnosis within 2 seconds. If no fault is detected, it enters normal working state automatically.

7.2 Function Description

Analog Input: Collect field sensor analog signals, convert to digital data and upload to control system in real time.
Analog Output: Receive control commands, convert to standard analog signals to drive valves and actuators.
Digital Input: Detect on-off state of switches and sensors, upload status change signal.
Digital Output: Control external relays, solenoid valves and indicator lights.
Communication: Realize data interaction and remote parameter setting with upper computer or PLC via Modbus RTU.

8. Daily Maintenance

  1. Regularly check terminal wiring tightness to avoid oxidation and loose contact.

9. Troubleshooting

  1. No power indicator

10. Warranty Statement
