4. Safety Precautions

5.3 Wiring Instructions

  1. Strip about 6mm insulation from wire ends.

6.3 Save and Activation

After parameter setup, save configuration to the module. Power cycle the module to make all parameters take effect.

7. Operation Description

7.1 Power-on Self-test

After 24VDC power is supplied, the power indicator lights up. The module completes internal self-diagnosis within 2 seconds and enters normal operation if no fault is detected.

7.2 Working Mode

  • Analog Input: Collect analog signals from field sensors, convert into digital data and upload to control system in real time.

  • Analog Output: Receive control commands and convert into standard analog signals to regulate valves and actuators.

10. Warranty Terms
