6. Installation and Operation Instructions
Inspect the front display screen, touch panel, aluminum frame, sealing gasket, interface terminals and functional buttons thoroughly before installation to ensure no scratches, cracks, deformation, aging or functional damage.
Adopt standard industrial panel embedded mounting method, fix the equipment firmly on the cabinet panel, ensure the front sealing gasket fits closely without gaps to maintain complete IP65 protection performance, and use matching 0TB103.9/0TB103.91 terminal blocks for standardized 24VDC wiring in strict accordance with industrial electrical safety specifications.
Avoid installation in environments with continuous strong water splash, corrosive gas, excessive dust, strong electromagnetic interference and long-term over-temperature conditions to prevent display abnormality, reduced touch sensitivity and unstable system operation.
