Inspect the product shell, orange front battery door, interface contacts, buttons, buzzer and LED indicators for complete appearance and no damage, deformation or oxidation before installation.
Install the equipment in a dry, clean, well-ventilated and dust-proof industrial control cabinet, adopt standard fixed cabinet installation, and comply strictly with industrial electrical safety specifications for standardized wiring and 24VDC power connection.
Avoid installation in environments with severe vibration, strong electromagnetic radiation, high-temperature heat sources, corrosive gas and excessive dust to prevent hardware damage and system operation instability.
Complete power supply wiring, Gigabit network wiring, serial signal wiring, audio and display peripheral connections correctly, confirm no short circuit, wrong connection or poor contact, then perform power-on test and full function debugging.
