Inspect the product appearance, shell structure, interface contacts, buzzer module and battery cover integrity before installation to ensure no damage, deformation, oxidation or functional defects.
Install the equipment in a dry, clean, well-ventilated and dust-proof industrial control cabinet, adopt standard DIN rail or fixed cabinet installation, and strictly follow industrial electrical safety specifications for standardized wiring.
Avoid installation in environments with severe vibration, strong electromagnetic radiation, high-temperature heat sources, corrosive gas and excessive dust to prevent hardware damage and real-time control system instability.
Complete 24VDC power supply wiring, POWERLINK real-time bus wiring, network communication wiring and peripheral device connection correctly, confirm no short circuit, wrong connection or poor contact, then perform power-on test and real-time function debugging.
