I. Product Introduction

KEBA BL250/B is a high-end and high-performance main control controller of the Kemro K2-200 series under the Austrian KEBRA brand. It belongs to an industrial-specific PLC motion integrated control unit, featuring high real-time performance, multi-axis collaborative control, and stable industrial operation capabilities. It is widely used in heavy industrial equipment such as injection molding machines, die-casting machines, hydraulic equipment, and high-end automated production lines. This controller integrates logic control, closed-loop motion control, industrial Ethernet communication, data acquisition, and equipment safety management. Its hardware architecture is mature and stable, with fast program response speed. It can meet the control requirements of high-precision, high-frequency, and complex process equipment, making it the core central control component of industrial automation complete equipment.

II. Basic Product Information

This product is an original KEBA industrial standard rail-mounted controller. The overall design adopts an industrial flame-retardant casing with a metal heat dissipation structure. The body is equipped with complete status indicator lights, facilitating maintenance personnel to visually check the equipment operation, faults, communication, and power status. The product adopts the industry-standard 35mm DIN rail installation method, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and supports quick arrangement and assembly within the control cabinet. It also has a reliable snap fastening structure, and is unlikely to loosen or shift during operation. The overall structure is compact, occupying less cabinet space, and is suitable for installation in various small and medium-sized as well as large industrial control cabinets. The entire machine complies with EU industrial safety standards and has complete industrial certification qualifications, and is only suitable for indoor dry industrial electrical control environments.

III. Operating Environment Conditions

The normal operating temperature range of the product is from 0 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius. The storage temperature range when the equipment is powered off is from -20 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius. The air humidity in the usage environment should be maintained within 5% to 95%. During use, no condensation or water accumulation is allowed. The product has excellent anti-vibration and anti-shock capabilities and can adapt to the regular mechanical vibration conditions in industrial workshops. The usage site should be away from strong electromagnetic radiation sources, strong corrosive gases, large amounts of dust, and oil accumulation areas to avoid the impact of adverse environments on the controller's service life and operational stability.

IV. Electrical Power Supply Parameters

The standard working power supply of the controller is 24 volts DC, supporting a voltage fluctuation of ±10%. It integrates professional-level motion control functions, supporting multi-axis synchronous operation, electronic gear linkage, cam action control, linear and circular trajectory interpolation, and multi-closed-loop regulation of position, speed, and pressure, precisely controlling the equipment's action rhythm and running accuracy, and is suitable for control of hydraulic drive, servo drive and other power equipment. It comes with device data acquisition and parameter management functions, capable of real-time collection of various running data such as equipment temperature, pressure, speed, and stroke, supporting one-click parameter retrieval and one-click formula switching, facilitating the rapid switching of production processes. It has built-in industrial equipment safety control functions, in line with industrial equipment safety operation standards, capable of achieving emergency shutdown, safe speed limit, and operation position protection safety control functions, providing comprehensive safety guarantees for on-site production operations. It supports remote program upload and download, online real-time program monitoring, fault code reading, and remote viewing of equipment operation status, greatly reducing the difficulty of on-site equipment debugging and later maintenance.

It is primarily used in all series of vertical and horizontal injection molding machinery to complete precise control of the entire molding process, such as mold closing, injection, holding pressure, cooling, and ejection; it is also widely used in die-casting machinery, hydraulic stamping equipment, extrusion machinery, and other rubber and metal forming machinery; it can also be used in industrial multi-axis automated assembly lines, high-speed packaging sorting equipment, automotive parts processing automation equipment, lithium battery and photovoltaic industry automation production equipment, and various large-scale industrial intelligent equipment. IX. Installation and Usage Specifications

During installation, it should be fixed on the standard guide rail of the control cabinet. Adequate ventilation and heat dissipation space should be reserved around the controller. Do not stack densely to cover the heat dissipation area, and keep away from frequency converters, large-power motors, and other strong electromagnetic interference components. During on-site wiring, strictly distinguish the positive and negative poles of the power supply, communication lines, and power lines. Separate the strong and weak current lines, and use shielded cables for communication signal lines. The shielding layer should be single-point grounded according to the specification to reduce external signal interference. Before powering on, carefully check whether the wiring is firm and there are no short circuits or misconnections. Only after confirming that the wiring is correct can the equipment be powered on for debugging and operation. During daily use, regularly clean the accumulated dust on the controller surface, check if the interface lines are loose or aged, and when the equipment is in a long-term idle state, disconnect the power supply, place it in a dry and ventilated environment for proper storage.
