5. Operation Instructions

During normal operation, keep the system oil liquid clean to prevent impurity particles from entering the product interior and causing blockage and failure. 6. Daily Maintenance

Regularly replace the system hydraulic oil and filter elements to ensure the cleanness of circulating oil liquid and reduce internal wear. Regularly check the working state of the product, and timely adjust and debug if there is slow response and unstable pressure. Keep the product surface clean, remove surface dust and oil stains regularly, and avoid long-term accumulation of dirt affecting heat dissipation and use effect. Do not disassemble the product at will without professional technical guidance, so as to avoid damage to internal precision matching structures.

7. Safety Notice

All installation, disassembly, maintenance and debugging operations must be carried out after the equipment is shut down, power is cut off and all residual pressure in the hydraulic system is completely released, so as to prevent high-pressure oil from hurting people and mechanical injury accidents. Operators must abide by equipment safety operation specifications and standard operation procedures. Do not place and use the product near high-temperature heat sources, open fire and strong corrosive substances, so as to avoid aging damage and performance failure. Once abnormal noise, serious heating and sudden functional failure occur in the working process, stop using immediately and arrange professional personnel for inspection and maintenance.
