This is a two-position two-way normally closed hydraulic cartridge solenoid valve. It features compact structure, reliable action and excellent sealing property. It is mainly used for hydraulic circuit on-off control in construction machinery, industrial equipment and vehicle hydraulic systems to realize automatic oil path control.

Working power supply is DC voltage with stable working current and low heat generation. The valve is designed for high working pressure and can work continuously under rated pressure without internal leakage. It is applicable to common mineral hydraulic oil with qualified cleanliness. It can adapt to various normal ambient temperatures and has stable working performance in different working environments. It has fast switching response speed and long mechanical service life. The outer structure reaches good protection level and can resist dust and water splash in working sites.

Precision machining is adopted for internal core parts with high wear resistance. Built-in high-strength reset spring ensures quick and accurate reset after power failure to achieve safe cut-off function. Optimized inner flow channel reduces flow resistance and improves hydraulic transmission efficiency. Standard universal installation size is easy to be installed on integrated manifold blocks, saving installation space. The whole valve has stable operation, low noise and strong anti-vibration ability, suitable for complex working conditions.

Clean the installation cavity and oil passages of the manifold before installation to remove all impurities and oil dirt. Align the valve body with the installation hole and insert it in place smoothly. Fasten the locking parts with standard torque, do not over tighten to prevent damage to the valve body and thread. Confirm the correct direction of oil inlet and oil outlet before connecting hydraulic pipelines. Cut off the power supply completely when connecting electric wires, connect lines correctly according to wiring definition and fix the wires firmly.

After installation is completed, perform no-load test first, inject hydraulic oil slowly and check all joints for oil leakage. After confirming no abnormality, start formal operation. When energized, the solenoid acts to open the oil passage for normal oil flow. When power is cut off, the valve closes instantly to cut off the oil circuit. During use, always keep the hydraulic oil clean and replace system filters regularly. It is forbidden to use beyond rated pressure and voltage range to avoid abnormal damage. When stopping equipment for a long time, cut off control power first and release system pressure.

Check the valve regularly for oil leakage at installation positions, replace sealing components in time if aging or damage occurs. Regularly check the electric connection parts to ensure firm connection without loose contact. Clean internal oil passages regularly to prevent particle blockage causing slow action or stuck fault. Do not disassemble the valve privately without professional permission, otherwise the internal precision structure will be easily damaged and affect normal use effect.

All maintenance and disassembly work must be carried out after power off and full pressure relief of hydraulic system to prevent high-pressure oil injury and electric shock accidents. Operators shall follow safe operation rules during operation. Keep the product away from strong corrosive substances and high temperature environment to avoid performance failure. Once abnormal noise, overheating and other faults appear in operation, stop using immediately and arrange professional inspection and maintenance.
