A67999-200
Description
I. Basic Information
Model: A67999-200
Compatible series: MOOG 761, G761, 631, D633/D634 series servo valves (including A67999-065)
Filter accuracy: 20 μm (micrometers)
Structure: Stainless steel multi-layer woven mesh + metal end cover, vacuum electron beam welding
Size: Outer diameter approximately φ6 mm, length approximately 12 mm (miniature precision filter element)
Origin: USA / Germany
Status: In production, standard consumable part, stable supply
II. Function and Position
Protect the pilot stage throttle hole / nozzle baffle: Intercept ≥ 20 μm particles, prevent clogging, jamming and wear
Maintain servo accuracy: Control zero drift, hysteresis and resolution, ensure closed-loop stability
Extend valve life: Reduce valve core / valve sleeve wear, reduce unplanned shutdowns
Installation location: Internal oil inlet of servo valve or pilot oil circuit (optional with 10 μm filter element A67999-100)
III. Key Technical Parameters
Filter accuracy: 20 μm
Maximum working pressure: 210 bar (3000 psi)
Working temperature: -20℃ ~ +60℃
Compatible media: ISO VG 32/46/68 hydraulic oil, fire-resistant oil
Sealing material: FKM (fluororubber / Viton)
Pressure difference: ≤ 0.5 bar @ rated flow
IV. Differences from A67999-100 (10 μm vs 20 μm) Table
Model Accuracy Applicable Scenarios Features
A67999-100 10 μm High precision / High pollution-sensitive scenarios More strict filtration, slightly shorter lifespan, slightly higher price
A67999-200 20 μm Standard conditions, cost priority Better flow performance, longer lifespan, higher cost-effectiveness
The same servo valve can only be equipped with one type of accuracy and cannot be mixed; the original factory defaults to 10 μm (A67999-100) and 20 μm (A67999-200), which are mostly used in ordinary conditions or cost optimization projects.
V. Applicable Servo Valves (Part)
A67999-065 (761 Series 10 L/min Servo Valve) G761-3002B / 3003B / 3004B / 3005B
631 Series: D633, D634 Direct Drive Servo Valves
760/79 Series - Some Model Numbers
VI. Replacement Period and Recommendations
Standard Conditions: Replace every 8 to 12 months
Lightly Contaminated: Replace every 12 to 18 months
When zero drift increases, response slows down, hysteresis exceeds the limit, abnormal noise / vibration occurs, prioritize checking the filter element
