II. Function and purpose
Protect the servo valve pilot stage: Intercept tiny impurities (≥10 μm) in the oil, preventing nozzle, baffle, and throttle hole from clogging or wearing
Ensure servo accuracy: Avoid pilot stage jamming, increase in zero drift, and excessive hysteresis
Extend servo valve lifespan: Reduce valve core / valve sleeve wear, lower the risk of failure and downtime
Installation location: Internal oil inlet of the servo valve or pilot oil path (cannot be omitted)
